Intimate Beach Wedding creates sacred, minimalist beach ceremonies. We’re looking for freelance photographers who are technically skilled and emotionally attuned—those who can capture beauty in movement and stillness, guide couples gently, and work with intention.

You’ll provide RAW images only (no editing required) within 48 hours of the event. Each session is one hour for elopements, and 1.5 hours for weddings with decor and setup.

At Intimate Beach Wedding, we design ceremonies rooted in presence, beauty, and intentional simplicity. We’re seeking freelance musicians to elevate these sacred moments with live music that complements the emotional tone—elegant, gentle, and soul-stirring.

We're calling in violinists, guitarists, cellists, harpists, and other solo instrumentalists who are not only talented but punctual, personable, and attuned to the unique energy of intimate weddings.

We’re calling in someone calm, capable, and heart-led to support our wedding ceremonies—someone who can keep the timeline flowing while holding the energy of the day with reverence and ease.

This role is about more than logistics. You’ll be connecting with couples before their wedding day to make sure they feel prepared, seen, and supported. You’ll help guide the flow of the event on-site, communicate with vendors, and protect the simplicity and beauty of what we create.
