What’s Included
Full-Service Coordination
You’ll have a dedicated coordinator to guide you every step of the way, including permit handling, location guidance, timeline support, and on-site management on your wedding day. We’ll also schedule a ceremony rehearsal, if needed, so everyone involved feels confident and comfortable beforehand.
Personalized Ceremony by an Experienced Officiant
Your ceremony will be personally written and delivered by an experienced officiant. It will be rooted in your story, your values, and your style—supported by our easy planning process and a quick pre-ceremony meeting to finalize details.
On-Site Ceremony Rehearsal
Optional one-hour walk-through available in advance of your wedding day to help review the processional, ceremony order, and guest flow. Great for larger gatherings or family-led ceremonies.
Live Musician
You’ll choose your favorite live musician—violin, guitar, or cello—to accompany your ceremony with up to one hour of music. Your playlist selections will be submitted via your planning portal so we can create the soundtrack that feels right for your moment.
Deluxe Floral Styling
Florals are fully upgraded in the Dream Package. In addition to a custom hand-tied bouquet and coordinating boutonniere, you’ll also receive a fresh floral arbor spray, aisle florals for guest seating, and a floral arrangement for your welcome sign. All blooms are seasonal and thoughtfully designed using your color palette and inspiration images.
Extended Photography + Cinematic Wedding Film
Photo and video coverage spans up to three nearby locations (within 20 minutes). This includes one hour of pre-ceremony coverage, one hour at your ceremony with family and romantic portraits, and one hour of post-ceremony reception coverage. You’ll receive a professionally edited highlight film, a full ceremony edit, and an edited photo gallery delivered within two weeks.
Ceremony Setup & Styling
Full ceremony styling is included, from your selected arbor and fabric colors to the fresh floral styling of your space. Guest seating is provided for up to 75 guests (location dependent), with full setup and breakdown handled by our team.

Once booked, you’ll receive access to our planning portal, where you’ll customize everything from your arbor and floral preferences to your music, timeline, and ceremony flow. A final planning call is scheduled in the weeks before your wedding to confirm every detail and ensure the experience feels light and effortless.
