Position: Intimate Events & Client Coordinator
Part-time | Remote + Southern California | $22–$25/hr

We’re calling in someone calm, capable, and heart-led to support our wedding ceremonies—someone who can keep the timeline flowing while holding the energy of the day with reverence and ease.

This role is about more than logistics. You’ll be connecting with couples before their wedding day to make sure they feel prepared, seen, and supported. You’ll help guide the flow of the event on-site, communicate with vendors, and protect the simplicity and beauty of what we create.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading pre-wedding connection calls with couples
- Coordinating weddings and elopements onsite with calm, grounded energy
- Personalizing email and message templates to reflect each couple’s energy
- Managing timelines, documents, and vendor flow
- Updating our CRM and supporting back-end systems
- (Optional) capturing behind-the-scenes moments or light content support

What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who embodies warmth and professionalism
- Detail-focused, yet flexible in the flow
- Familiar with (or excited to learn) tools like Google Drive, HoneyBook, and Instagram
- Available most Fridays and Saturdays
- Has reliable transportation and lives within Southern California
