Permits Overview
Crystal Cove State Beach requires a permit for all ceremonies performed within its boundaries.
Crystal Cove requires the couple to obtain the permit and event insurance on their own. IBW may not obtain the permit on your behalf.
Permit fees include $50 app fee, $250/hr site fee and 18% of all vendor contracts.
Pelican Point Boardwalk allows the Elopements and the Love Forever package only, with a maximum of 25 people total at the site.
Permits may not be issued between Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.

Ceremony site is about a three minute (.2 mile) walk from the nearest parking lot.
Maximum occupancy is 25.
The site and path to the site is paved with wooden slats.
Permits provide exclusive access to the ceremony site, but not the parking lot.
Bathrooms are available.
Parking Fees: $15/vehicle.
